She could definitely be a action heroine. Is that the right word? She could definitely be an female action hero fighting alongside Stallone or Arnold. So ladies you might not be able to do this kind of stuff now, but shoot for high goals and you'll always wind up farther along than aiming at the ground. Baby steps forward lead to large gains in muscle, coordination, balance, and weight loss over time.
Like my own personal goal is to a do a Vann Damme helicopter kick. I may not succeed, but I'll burn a bunch of calories and gain a lot of coordination in the attempts.
