This video is a compilation of mostly action stars talking about their diet and exercise programs.
It's interesting to note the biggest food choice by action stars is chicken breast. Chicken breast is a great source of protein and is a great protein source when you are in the cutting phase. Now they don't say, but I'm going to guess that the fatter pieces of chicken are probably eaten more during bulking phases. A lot of complaints about having to eat tons of food, but not the fun kind. That is they don't eat sugar loaded pastries, pizzas, ice cream, etc. While they seem to be complaining a lot, you know I really believe that at least half of them wouldn't eat junk food on a regular basis even if they could. If your diet is clean enough, you really don't feel like you are missing out on anything after a while. Sugar and junk food is an addiction, and keep this in mind they hide sugar in restaurant fried foods. Its because sugar is addictive.
The less you eat of it, the less you crave it.
Intermittent fasting is mentioned, and apparently, the early bird gets the worm, or at least the muscle. All these guys seem to get up early.
Eating several meals a day is also a common thread at least six a day. The Rock trained 6 days a week for his movie Pain & Gain. He probably trains that many days anyway to stay in the kind of shape he normally stays in.
